Group SAP implementation

Our client, a global telecommunications company implemented a group-wide ERP transformation, adopting the SAP system. The processes were end-to-end Procurement, Finance and Human Resources.

The organisation needed to implement SAP in core locations in order to achieve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. It also needed to introduce consistent working practices across the group and to establish a single centralised source of financial data.

Sysdoc was appointed as the training and documentation partner and also provided change management and communication services.
Alongside the client’s change management team and a system integrator, Sysdoc:
  • utilised our extensive SAP experience to act as the training and documentation partner
  • developed an online knowledge base, meeting the challenging requirement that the solution be hosted on the client’s existing content management system
  • deployed information developers and bilingual trainers to deliver an integrated documentation package of reference materials and blended learning.

Sysdoc process excellence was used to capture business processes and procedures.

Sysdoc's learning innovation approach was used to design and deliver training across Europe in multiple languages.  All project information was presented in an intuitive online knowledge base which was transitioned to support BAU.

Uniform, best practice processes were introduced and adopted in previously disparate business areas.
