Training design and delivery for business integration
Why?A global banking group acquired the retail banking operations, wealth and commercial businesses of a competitor in the Asia market. They needed a solution in place quickly to ensure that their staff across Asia were all trained on the new integrated business operations.
What?Sysdoc was engaged to design develop and deliver training materials for the integration of a bank that had been acquired by our client in Asia. This work, which included the development of a training strategy, training needs analysis, information audit and training implementation plan, required the rapid deployment of 10 instructional design experts to Singapore and Asia.
Sysdoc designed and developed resources that could be deployed within tight timeframes across multiple countries whilst taking into account the varied needs of the audiences, including cultural requirements.
How?Sysdoc learning innovation was used to develop a training strategy, undertake a training needs analysis, and develop learning materials.
eLearning and classroom based training modules were designed and delivered to staff in the customer service and lending functions. The materials developed included a facilitator guide, a participant guide, PowerPoint presentations and quick reference guides.
ResultsThe training was delivered on time and to the specification required by the client.
As a measure of the success of this work, Sysdoc have now been selected as a preferred supplier on the training panel in New Zealand.
